Shipping Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 4-6 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your order.

Your order will be packed, sealed and shipped from a warehouse. Each parcel is packed with utmost care and design to maximize product protection and minimize environmental damage.
Damaged Product
Bengal Bay's always strives to exceed expectations! As stated above, we take utmost care into making sure your product reaches you safely. But in the unforeseen situation you receive your product in a damaged condition, please email us at care@bengalbaydrinks.com mentioning your Order Id and detailed images of damaged products. We promise we will resolve your issue and exceed your expectations.
Order Cancellation
No cancellation and refunds will be processed once an order has been placed.
Returns

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, than your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Than contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
